Partnership between the City of Tamarac and Dragons Elite aims to revitalize Baseball and Softball within the community

Dragons Elite Athletics, a leading youth sports and leadership organization dedicated to athlete development, is expanding to the city of Tamarac to reinvigorate youth recreational Baseball and Softball. This is in response to the consistently high demand for the organization’s unique and powerful model, which focuses on long-term athletic and leadership development for every individual, professional coaches and management, and proven model for high-quality community engagement. Through this expansion, Dragons Elite will partner with City of Tamarac leaders to launch formal recreational and all-star programs for both baseball and softball, increasing community engagement and athletic development for the residents of the City of Tamarac.

Bringing Youth Recreational Baseball and Softball Back to Tamarac
Dragons Elite Athletics represents a new concept in youth athletic organizations, providing professionally managed, high-performance training and a clear, structured development path for athletes in a nurturing environment free from favoritism and politics. Athletes will learn from the best: Coach Jesus Blanco to lead Coaching Development
Jesus Blanco is a two-time college All-Star and former pitcher who played at Miami Springs Senior High, Palm Beach Community College, and finished at St. Thomas University in 2009. In 2024, he was honored as Boca Raton Little League Coach of the Year for his outstanding work developing players across all levels. With years of professional experience, he specializes in hitting, defense, and player development.
Jesus is known for his hands-on approach and commitment to helping athletes reach their full potential. He will work closely with Dragons Elite senior team to launch a successful program and attract and hire top coaches in the area.
