The Youth Athletics and Leadership Program enables high-potential students to be trained by professional and certified coaches in formal sports and fitness programs, to enhance their physical and mental health, athletic performance, and leadership skills through commitment, effort, focus, and teamwork.
Dragons Elite Athletics Joins Forces with Louis Hernandez Jr.'s For A Bright Future Foundation
The Youth Athletics and Leadership Program is designed to allow high potential children to overcome the financial barriers of participating in elite athletics development programs.
It is the result of a partnership between Dragons Elite Athletics and For A Bright Future Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the needs of underrepresented and underprivileged children through education, healthcare, the arts, and youth leadership development.
This program expands on the offerings of the Foundation, which has served communities across the nation for over a decade. It will complement For A Bright Future Foundation’s existing efforts which have a focus on education, healthcare, leadership, and the arts – from awarding over 20 college scholarships annually, to creating media and fintech labs for career development opportunities, to partnering with numerous hospitals including Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, West Palm Children’s Hospital, and the Children’s Miracle Network.
With the support of Black Dragon Capital and For A Bright Future, Dragons Elite Athletics can align operational excellence with the mission to transform youth athletic development through scalable, structured, and certified programs designed for long-term success.

High potential students who join the Youth Athletics and Leadership Program can gain access to the full-time training under professional and certified coaching staff, guided by an individualized performance development plan offered by Dragons Elite Athletics. By participating in this program, they can focus on fitness and athletics to strengthen mental and physical health, elevate athletics performance, and hone the leadership skills that will enable them to seek success both on and off the field.
Training Under A Rapidly Expanding Organization
Dragons Elite Athletics is rapidly expanding and has recently seen a 400% increase to rostered players in Boca Raton and expanded across southern Florida. This development follows the notable success of the Dragons Elite’s baseball teams, along with its new softball program, expanded leadership team, and partnership with For A Bright Future Foundation to further the mission of building champions for life.
The launch of the Youth Athletics and Leadership Program further allows Dragons Elite Athletics to serve more families while staying true to its mission of identifying and developing individual athletes who aspire to achieve elite status, both on and off the field.
